| 80187 | 2002-09-16 23:05:00 | Had to upgrade a colleague's laptop a while ago, & moved him from N4.7 to N6.2.3 - the OS is Win98 Most things are fine except when he gets certain emails from OE users, esp. when they use OE stationery, or HTML formatting. Then N6 just hangs and the only thing you can do is Ctrl+Alt+Del and kill Netscape from there. I cannot find a workaround for this problem, nor can I find it listed anywhere on the net. Netscape had a bug list for N6 that included similar problems but no fixes or workarounds other than *this will be corrected in a later release*. Any ideas, anyone? |
