Ok, we have a HP DeskJet 970 Cxi and has been great up till now but the other day I quit a printing job and the printer went of it's tree. It is printing werid letters over and over and is wasting good paper and when I take the paper out it stops. After the paper is returned it does the same thing. The computer has een turned off several times and I have unpluged it from the mains and from the computer but it STILL wants to do it, what is going on! |

The print driver is corrupted and printing gobbledegook
The printer needs to be uninstalled/deleted and reinstalled via add/remove printers |

What, I know we have had this problem before and I didn't have to do that! It is just sitting here right now waiting for paper to be put in so it can stuff it up..... |
