Thanks for your help,guys and girls.Have downloaded and saved in My Downloads.Then clicked on ie6setup.exe and it installed.Back to Windows update site and it said I needed Sp1,so selected it and it ran the short check and said Ok,it's installed.Then said I needed to reboot,I agreed and it shut down and sat there!So a reset and back to normal (I hope).Now to save the SP1 to a cd.Looks like it's a complete IE6 install that came down,only for ME of course.Enough rambling. |
