| 80335 | 2002-09-17 09:00:00 | I have a faulty hard drive (bad block) which I have to return for replacement. What I want to know is this. Can I make an image of this drive or does the fault on it stuff up the image as well? My other option would be to use the XP files and settings transfer program. Is this program able to transfer the Win 98 partition and the XP partition as well? Thanks. |

The HDD fault should not affect the image though it will be reproduced when the image is restored. Another option - get a professional to create an image. |
