80210 2002-09-17 01:02:00 Any clues as to the best way to sync files and Eudora between a PC and Laptop?

Both running Win2K .

Am trying to make it almost foolproof as it is for my parents who are not the savviest users all the time . . . . .

Any good programs that people have used? Any other ideas?

Cheers

But, have you considered the easier approach, set both machines to "leave mail on server" and one to "delete form server after x days"

That way each machine should download all mail, with the server being deleted after the set period. If this works OK then no intervention is required.

I use a similar setup, when I am travelling, I leave my main e-mail retreval machine off, and collect on my laptop or palmtop with "leave mail on server" activated. When I return I re-collect all mail on the main computer. I could leave both going with "leave on server" active.
