have been in the .com site and the nz subsideary site,
and jsut going around and around in circles..
cant find one lil email address..
i gotta say its one of the WORSE disorganised sites i've ever crossed...

Cant they add a email address on the HOME page as well as every page..just a little line saying "Click here to send email to microsoft support"

I know some of you mite say just ring this number_______________
but i am Deaf, so email access is my only way of contacting Microsoft..

81237 2002-09-20 03:36:00 To give them feedback about their site: feedback@mss.co.nz

Or go here (https://webresponse.one.microsoft.com/) for online support - although you need a Passport signin :(

81239 2002-09-20 03:50:00 They have an 0800 no, but it isn't advertised on their site or in the ph book. It is 0800 800 004 - It gets you through to the same no. as the Auckland (09) no.

Don't worry too much about the options (press "2" for blah etc) as I found that they all seem to go to the same person at the other end.

81241 2002-09-20 04:00:00 Man am I dumb!!! Sorry csinclair, I didn't read yor post. I don't suppose the ph. no is much use to you?

I could send you a copy on CD if you don't ind covering the cost of postage (Maybe send me a weee posty bag or something) C's are a dime a dozen, so no worries there.

Maybe someone closer by can get you a copy?? Do you know anyone who could ring the 0800 no. on your behalf??

Otherwise I'm out of ideas.

81243 2002-09-20 04:11:00 Why don't you try writing to them?

Microsoft NZ Limited

You'll probably have to send them a cheque anyway to pay for the CD (and I've also heard there's a few extras on the SP1 CD) so you'll need to know a postage address anyway.

or their email address: msnz@mss.co.nz
