| 81231 | 2002-09-20 04:11:00 | it depends on how fussy you are on quality. for general use most cd burning programs can convert mp3's. also winamp (as mentioned), dbpoweamp, cdex, and a couble of thousand other ones on the net ;-) however if you need top quality ones you may have to do more detailed research as each converter is slightly different. |

Try http://www.goldwave.com That has a batch conversion utility under the File menu which will let you select multiple Wav files and then select the output format! That'll be what you're after!
