| 81082 | 2002-09-19 14:56:00 | How do you tell? I'm right by saying you can't put a 4xAGP card in an old 1xAGP slot no? Anyways I got a dud (pretty sure) AGP card. The connector has only one slot or nick in it and no hook: Ä¿ ³ ³ ÃÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ¿ ³ ³ ³ ³ Õµ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ Ôµ ³ ³ ³ ³ ³ ÃÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ¿ º ³ ³ ÀÄÄÄÐÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ ³ If ya can't make sense of the above, then try copy and paste into notepad, then change the font to Terminal. It's definately AGP cos the socket is dark brown, only one, and off center from the rest. Also, where (if) can I get a replacement?? | 81084 | 2002-09-20 00:03:00 | you can put a 4X card in a 1X slot ok. BUT you can't put some of the early vid cards in some of the latest mobos. early cards were 3.3volt while the latest mobo's only have 1.5volt. the early cards will damage the mob's. | tweak'e (174) | ||
