| 81845 | 2002-09-24 01:23:00 | Thanks so much for your help. M&D (yes they are marvellous, grasping technology by the throat) had a friends, sons, friend come have a look. Dad thinks the f,s,f said something about port settings, and I get the impression she downloaded a new driver, but its fixed...hhhooorrraaayyy. M&D are mastering emailing well, now we are ready to move onto the www. should be fun. They rang in a panic as the icons on Outlook Express had disappeared, so I was able to get them to right click etc and Wow back came the icons, they were so pleased, but I was just using my accumulated knowledge of 4 teenagers tweaking the computer, felt a bit of a fraud as it was so easy to solve this problem Thanks again for the help.
