| 82079 | 2002-09-22 12:31:00 | hey everyone, I use Bitware (a communications bundle that came with my modem) to send faxes every week for work. Lately it has been having trouble printing to images. If i select print (from the Excel menu) and then print to Bitware fax driver, it goes through until the little print box comes up saying "printing into images" thats where the problem lies. It won't go any further and an error message comes up. But if i go into the transmit folder-y thing, it tells me that it is there and user aborted, I've uninstalled and re-installed. Checked the modem is at the right port for the thing (which took forever through the options). Any ideas would be muchly appreciated, its a good little programme, does anyone else use it? If not can any one offer a free alternative, preferbally not Micro$oft...although that wouldn't be free now would it :P Thx Tones :P |
