| 82254 | 2002-09-23 05:16:00 | I've several names in my contacts/address book that I've updated. I'm referring to email, & also home &business addresses. When sending mail to them the program picks up the old address & forwards to that location. In each case the old address has been removed, but somehow the program is not working properly. |

| 82255 | 2002-09-23 07:17:00 | Hi, not sure about this one but perhaps you have more than one address book on your system. I presume you are meaning Outlook 98/2000 rather than Outlook Express. I havent got Outlook98/2k installed but I believe there is an option under the address book or tools-options where you can view the address books. it may be just a case of selecting the other book. Perhaps also look in the Outlook Help on viewing & importing address books. hth |
