| 1290857 | 2012-07-27 10:01:00 | I'm sure the kid was very surprised and actually didn't mean any harm. 1) He picked up a rock with intent to throw it at the bird. 2) He threw it at the bird. He ment harm no doubt about it - he was probably surpised he actually hit it, but he still planned to do it harm either scaring it, wounding it or killing it. |
