1290531 2012-07-24 09:58:00 Good thing is with the new console supposedly coming out soon all the games will drop in price.... the bad thing is not as many new titles on the current hardware The Error Guy (14052)
1290532 2012-07-24 10:06:00 You can use it with Win7. I've used it to stream MP4 files / videos / MP3 files and Windows media centre (with this freeview tuner). Works fine. Speedy Gonzales (78)
1290533 2012-07-24 10:10:00 Streaming is pretty retarded when you have a big juicy harddrive sitting empty on the device you are streaming to. Might as well just run a cable from the PC to the amp and not bother with a redundant step.

If I had realised at purchase that the entire 250gb was a waste of time I would have bought a PS3.

1290534 2012-07-24 11:31:00 I think you should buy a new Xbox. Or you can give a different type gifts that matches his age. sun147 (16832)
1290535 2012-07-24 21:19:00 We have a ps2, we got lent a xbox, and then they took it away when he hired some games for it, so we have a weeks worth of games and no xbox at the moment....... but it has been on the cards to get one, he is just working out how to pay for it, his birthday next month.... so he is trying to save, talk nicely to me, and get hold of his dad to to get some money off him...lol
so its on the cards.
Any one in wanga's got a xbox we could borrow for a week? so we can use the games he hired? sigh....
Oh and yeah going online is not really a big deal atm, just getting an xbox will be the icing on the cake.
thanks every one for there input, its been helpful.
