| 82740 | 2002-09-24 14:02:00 | I am helping a friend install Windows Xp, but it will not detect the HSP56 Micromodem that is installed. We have tried to install it as a standard 56000kps modem and point it towards the correct drivers but this dosent help. Any replies would be gratefully recieved | major (2013) | ||

| 82742 | 2002-09-24 21:16:00 | Hi Major, I had the same problem and nearly bought another modem until I posted here. I found the driver I wanted here (www.driverguide.com/) and then with help from Press F1 (http:) I was able to instal and get it going again. I had found that my scanner also needed another driver (http://www.driverguide.com) so I got it from the same place. Good Luck sam m |
