Check out the price at the supermarket Poppa...... I think the stuff they dished up during WW2 was probably anything rather than meat....

82814 2002-09-25 06:25:00 Baldy. Have seen the name & walked the other side of the aisle from it. The stuff I remember was very smooth textured & slimy. The other thing I came to dislike was "frogspawn", wasn't that "Sago"? Both a staple diet of School Dinners of that era in the UK, (rushes to toilet to puke.) Poppa John King Arthur (1403)
