"Armadillo is a powerful license manager and software protection system. It wraps around your program like an armored shell, defending your work from pirates and program crackers while enforcing your license agreement. It allows you to add a complete ready-made registration-key and software protection system to your existing programs in five minutes or less -- source code is NOT required! It works with almost any 32-bit Windows EXE or screen saver file, regardless of the language it was written in."

83417 2002-09-26 21:43:00 Have you tried Add/Remove programs?

(Win) Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

If that doesn't work, try asking the Support Forum (www.siliconrealms.com) at siliconrealms.com..

83419 2002-09-27 04:43:00 Why do you want to remove it?

Is it causing you problems?

Its not known to be adware or spyware is it? so it could be used by an application that you need at some time, and removal could cause problems that are hard to repair in this case?

83421 2002-09-27 12:35:00 If you read the link it is quite likely its needed to "protect" the code in an application you have downloaded or installed .

While its possible you have removed the application, its also possible you have not and still use it . Removal would cause it to fail .

It could be any application that has a need to remember when it was installed, and could be shareware or antivirus, and anything in between .

83422 2002-09-27 13:17:00 Remove it with RegCleaner.

if something stuffs up, just merge it back cos RegCleaner lets you save it to a .reg file just in case.

BTW, is that your bottom:
