Billy, not only do I read ALL your posts very diligently but I also very often copy and paste your information into my Cardfile. How's that for dedication! That's why I got the shakes - how was I going to get at my Cardfile notes with all your info in it on how to fix my keyboard? :O The stupid CD-RW disks can't be read in CD-ROM drives so I couldn't access the backups on the old PC. I hope it never happens again, because getting at the back of the PC is a mission in itself, never mind being able to yank keyboard plugs in and out at the precise moment and that's if I can remember when that precise moment is. I don't particularly fancy fiddling with CMOS batteries either. Lord know what bubnchs and grebnchs that will release. :O |
