| 83840 | 2002-09-27 13:00:00 | It was installed by default in earlier word processors (PDF printer) But as we dont know if you are using Apple Mac or IBM format PC, cannot comment. Post back some information, and I am sure someone could help. |

| 83841 | 2002-09-27 13:08:00 | 1- Download a PDF maker util like EasyPDF 2- Install it 3- Print your help file to the "pdf printer" (it sets it up as a printer driver) 4- send your resulting PDF file to the printer. |
