| 84512 | 2002-09-29 20:31:00 | Geforce 4 MX 440 vs ATI Radeon (with or without pro) Hi there, To upgrade my graphics card from a TNT2 M64, to one of the above, which would be the best to buy, they are both around the same price. I am really looking for the highest framerates only. If anyone has any tips, or personal experinces about these cards I would really appreciate it, or even if there are some similarly priced cards that deliver better performance. Thanks, :) |

NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 5. ATI Radeon 8500 (should be below a ti200) 6. NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 500 7. NVIDIA GeForce3 8. NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 9. ATI Radeon 9000 (?) 10. NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 460 (i do not agree, my tests have shown a gf2pro beats it, it's just that 3dmark is a weird app) This list is based on a PC with AMD Athlon 1.6 GHz CPU. |

| 84520 | 2002-09-30 07:31:00 | ok you also forgot you system specs thats a hard pick anyway you should go with radeon. better framerates for games. far superior tv-out performance for movies. gf4mx440 is B.A.D. i was htinking you were talking about the 460. try the radeon 8500 over the 9000 anyway |
