I have a payment to collect from the Nigerian Governmemt . the payment has been approved by the DEBT RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE,in favour of DIGITRON CO INTERNATIONAL as the balance payment for the procurement and supply of Telecommunications devices for the the NIGER DELTA OIL PRODUCING AREA OF NIGERIA . The contract was awarded to the said company in 1989 and a start deposit of $24million was paid . the contract has since been completed since 2000 but due to my inadvertent departure from Nigeria later on in late 2000 i was unable to secure the payment of the balance of $8million . Because of my position as a director in the NIGER DELTA DEVELOPMENT AGENCY i was able to award the contract to myself by fictiously creating the above named company and ensuring it got awarded the job . i have all the original documents of it's existence . What i want from you is for you to "FRONT"as the CEO and present owner of DIGITRON CO INTERNATIONAL after a corporate take-over of the company recently . we will then substitute your name for the name of the previous CEO-Alan Baker on the certificate of incorporation in Nigeria . this is important as part of the verification process involves faxing copies of your driver;s license and international passport,letters of incorporation etc, to the DRC offices in New York and Lagos . there might also be phone calls to you to establish the nature of the take-over,etc . i will provide all the paper work,which you will in turn fax to them . Please note that there will be certain "grey"payments to the officials of the DRC to facilitate the quick release of the funds . i will personally make money available to you for onward transfer to them . I DO NOT NEED ANY DIRECT MONETARY SUPPORT FROM YOU ,JUST MAKE THE FRONT TO THE DRC AS REAL AS POSSIBLE . I have also set aside the some of $950,000 as your share for your involvement for the smooth transfer of these funds . i will be proper to start by asking you to fax a cpoy of your international passport and driver's license to me on this fax no-5304521656 This will help to put aface to your name and a first step in trust . i will also reciprocate the gesture upon receiving your fax number . best regards S .
