| 84320 | 2002-09-29 01:55:00 | hi, i've just set up a network between my 2 PC's Now, whenever i switch on either one of the PC's (or after restarting etc) before it goes right into Windows (shows desktop etc) it comes up a dialog box with User Name and Password, with the user name already entered. I only have one WIndows USER, and it doesn't require a password. So all i do is click OK and it continues to load. Is there a way to get rid of these dialog boxes and let the PC continue to load into Windows/ Cheers PS. I'm using WIN 98 on both PC's |

| 84321 | 2002-09-29 06:51:00 | I think you need this for the networking component of windoze. Try clearing both then clicking OK, otherwise, go to network settings and ensure that Logon type is set to windows instead of Miscrosoft Family |
