| 84921 | 2002-10-01 05:15:00 | I have recently upgraded to winXP, only to find that my cd burner does not work. I use nero v4.0, and it states that a required .dll is not present. I have tried reinstalling the software/hardware and the drivers but I have still had no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Mike |

| 84922 | 2002-10-01 05:39:00 | Do a search on Nero's site for the DLL and if that doesn't work do a general search. If you find it first put it in Nero's DIR and if it doesn't work there try \Windows\System or System32. | mikebartnz (21) | ||
