After purchasing this months iMag I inserted the cd to check it out but it wouldn't load completely. I could hear the disk loading but nothing came up on the monitor. Previously the disk and others, including music cd's loaded immediately with no problems. Now I find the music cd's have to be loaded via MusicMatch and the iMag CD won't load at all. This has only happened in the last week so maybe something has been deleted inadvertently. Any advice? |

Check the Properties of the CD drive. You may have reset the "autostart" option. |

Right click My Computer and load the CD from there - you will find a Auto Load function. |

I have the same problem & when I try to 'force the issue' I get a 'program will close window' stating, "pcwloader caused invalid page fault in kernel32.dll at 167 : bff7b 9a6". I have notified PCWorld & am hoping for a replacement CD. This is not the first this has happened with PCWorld CDs. ... All my others are loading OK. |
