| 85435 | 2002-10-02 10:11:00 | I have a Canon BJC-4310SP colour bubble jet printer which for some reason will not accept the BC-21e colour cartridge. When I insert the cartridge and press the "cartridge" button, I get 2 beeps and the print head remains in the centre of the printer. There are no problems with the BC-20 black cartridge. I have used the colour cartridge many times prevciously with no problems. Any help appreciated. | johncb (2115) | ||
