| 85394 | 2002-10-02 09:52:00 | I added a 3D graphics card to my Win98SE PC and installed all the software that came with it. We use the individual desktop setup feature that allows each user to log in and customise the desktop. The card works fine once each user logs in and gives a properly set up desktop with screen res of 600*800, but the windows startup screen and login screen comes up in 640*480 res and is not centered and sized properly. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? A probably related question is how do I now install sofwtare so it is available for all users, not just the profile that was logged in when it was installed. all replies gratefully received. Nick |
