| 85354 | 2002-10-02 09:45:00 | What Operating Systems (OS) have you used? What was your favourite? I'll start.... DOS -->> well the ones in windows, and some other one which I don't know the version of. Win 3.11 Win 95 Win 98se -->> used extensively and know it quite well. Win ME -->> a couple of times at high school Win 2000 Pro Win XP Pro -->> not used for all that long and still learning. Mandrake 8.2 -->> learnt the basic commands, not sure if I passed the test yet. RedHat 7.3 -->> Very briefly Macintosh -->> what ever version we had at that school Other -->> Atari something, Amiga something, but mainly just for playing games on. Favourite would be XP Pro but I still fire up a DOS window a lot and do stuff in their. |
