| 85260 | 2002-10-02 05:08:00 | Hi People Ive set up explorer 6 on my pc [win 98 se] and now when I check me hotmail after the intro's etc I just get a blank screen, no inbox no nothing. any ideas? if explorer 6 is a fizzer how can I remove from pc.? Looking forward to hearing from youall Hugh |

You will need to allow Cookies in IE Options In Internet Explorer go to Tools\Internet Options On the Security tab press "Default Level" then press "Apply" On the Privacy tab press "Default" then press "Apply" |

| 85262 | 2002-10-02 07:14:00 | Ive tried your suggestion allowing cookies and I still get a blank. I get into hotmail for the name and pin then it doesnt bring up inbox. Any other ideas?? |

| 85263 | 2002-10-02 11:47:00 | With Internet Explorer open select Tool/Internet Options Select Advanced Tab and select Restore Defaults Click Apply Do you have a fire wall such as Zone alarm, check the settings. Check another secure site such as your ISP Webmail to see if the problem shows with this as well. |
