| 85517 | 2002-10-02 22:47:00 | When I down load a CSV file my browser brings it in as an HTML file. I want to know how to change the system settings to allow CSV files to be down loaded as CSV files. My operating system is Windows 98SE |

I used to be able to do this task on this computer but now I can't. I know it is something in my operating system because I can still do this task through my laptop. | 85522 | 2002-10-03 10:01:00 | is it simply a default currently? Ie it opens them in IE? what you could try if that is the case is try right clicking & choose open with... & select Excel <or whatever> & then make sure you select always open with selected just a thought |
