| 85383 | 2002-10-05 08:46:00 | Has any one got any ideas about why this program is doing this ... I have uninstalled it thru add remove and reinstalled it and it still comes up with the same error message and won't run at all .. | johnboy (217) | ||
| 85384 | 2002-10-05 10:14:00 | Thats a serious software generated error, not much you can do in all probability to find the source. I would question if its compatable with XP in the first instance. If you choose to look on the web you will find there are a lot of people with problems under XP with Prassi Primo. None specifically yours, but different hardware configs may give different errors. There are some patches available for Windows apparently, but as I said I never found your specific error. Have you looked at all? |

| 85386 | 2002-10-05 11:04:00 | Look on Google using prassi primo XP Some interesting stuff. If it was OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) supplied (ie the PC Co) then thats correct, you have to get support from them and not from the maker. Thats why OEM software is cheaper, the maker doesnt support it, the seller does. |
