| 86116 | 2002-10-04 23:20:00 | First try updating Direct X to version 8.1 (from MS site) to see if it helps. The 810 graphics chipset is a bit of a dog really so if the above does not work try finding new drivers on the HP site for your graphics chipset. If (as I expect) these drivers are to old they may not fix it either in which case you should go to the Intel site and download drivers for the 810 graphics chipset (reference drivers) and install those instead. |
