86085 2002-10-04 23:29:00 MSConfig can be added to 2000 by taking the exe that runs it (MSConfig.exe) out of an XP install and dumping it in the system32 folder in your 2000 install. John Grieve (367)

86087 2002-10-05 06:25:00 Copying the file from XP as John has mentioned works, by typing msconfig.

If you downloaded and installed Startup Control Panel (by M Lin) you will find it in the Control Panel which it creates its own little icon "Startup".
