| 86137 | 2002-10-06 04:52:00 | hi are you refering to when you go misconfig because i found alot of things in there that i have no idea what they are but they dont show up when i hit ctrl alt del here is and example load power profile - RUNDLL.32 .exepowrprof.dll load current pwr scheme and tweak UI - RUNDLL.EXE TWEAKUI CPL, tweakmeup i have no idea what these are and there are others |

| 86138 | 2002-10-06 05:19:00 | Tweakui is a little MS program to ajust some of your settings. (go to Start\Settings\Control Panel and click on Tweakui) I am running that one too. The power profile is also in the Control Panel , It shuts down different parts of your computer when it is left unattended thus saving power. If you just sit down, use you computer, and then close down afterwards you can switch it off. I have this enabled myself. You seem to have something that is pretty resource hungry still. Can you give us a list of what is running apart from Systray, Explorer, and the two proggies above. |

| 86139 | 2002-10-06 06:20:00 | o.k. here goes i dont even know what most of these are : MSMSGS, SCAN REGISTRY, TASK MONITOR, PC HEALTH, SYSTEM TRAY, LOAD POWER PROFILE, WORKS FUD, MICROSOFT WORKS PORTFOLIO, MICROSOFT WORKS UPDATE DETECTION, INCREDIMAIL, LOADQM, WCMDMGR, TKBELLEXE, PRECISION TIME, WINSTART, LOADPOWER PROFILE, SCHEDULING AGENT, STATEMGR, SSDPSRV, AVGSERV9.EXE AND LASTLY DL HELPEREXE. I STILL HAVE GOT THAT PROBLEM WITH MY DESKTOP LEAVING BEHIND A SQUARE OF PREVIOUS PAGE TOO AND I HAVE HAD ALOT OF KERNEL32 MESSAGES THIS AFTERNOON HOPE ITS NOTHING IVE DONE THANKS |
