| 86078 | 2002-10-06 00:30:00 | after a lot of playing round: there IS a left channel, but it's VERY weak in comparison to the right... ie. crank everything on full and shift the balance to the left and I can hear it. it's quite and a little crackly... |

| 86079 | 2002-10-06 01:47:00 | give the leads a good wriggle..if the sound comes and goes you may just have a broken connection. otherwise look for a new sound card. | tweak'e (174) | ||
| 86080 | 2002-10-06 04:57:00 | I also had a friend who had this problem. The cause turned out to be the new pup the family just got. They just love chewing wires for some reason. | Craigb (688) | ||
| 86081 | 2002-10-10 02:32:00 | Thanks Godfather, have been busy with 42nd cousins and family history. Went through the whole exercise of installing Genius software again, but nothing. Will try installing Win95 again to see if their silly bootup sound is there, as I don't recall it ding donging either !. Family History is almost as stubborn. Thanks, Les 3 |
