| 1291646 | 2012-07-30 10:00:00 | I've just noticed when I log in to my OneSmart account, it makes mention of being able to get a "Virtual" card... but I can't find any mention of what it actually is anywhere on their website or in their help pages. Does anyone know what this might be? |

Maybe it was asking you if you wanted to create a new virtual account with another currency. atwonline.com I don't really spend that much overseas and use that many ATMs overseas for the free ATM fees and the free FX-comm fees. Also you need maybe $500 in the account to prevent monthly fees. So to account the forgone interest rate 4% of $500 as well. The benefits are marginal. If you use the card in NZ they still charge you each time you access the ATM and each time you pay for items over at the counter .. It's only free overseas. In theory anyway b/c re: ATM charges overseas I think it is no intl ATM charges but if a country or a bank insist on charging all its customers every time they use a ATM then they may still charge you, it's just not as much as a normal CC. |
