Any of you lot got any experiance of how much per hour the average vehicle bodyshop charges for labour. I have a vehicle I am planning to get someone to do some work on that I can not be arsed with. |

Charging by the hour is obsolete. An experienced highly skilled technician will do a good job in less time, a poor technician will take longer. Get a detailed, written quote for the job. Get more than one quote, and if possible get some references and check the standard of work. |

Ive never had an hourly rate quoted by a panel shop. They just factor whatever they think will be involved in the job and give you a price for the job. |
