| 1292249 | 2012-08-02 03:42:00 | The only advantage to me with Vista\7 is DirectX 10+ for gaming, and maybe Aero because it looks nice. To my mind, Windows 8 is just Windows 7 with no start menu, and the stupid Metro thing for a touchscreen I don't have. And apart from DirectX 10, Windows XP still does everything I need anyway. |

Let alone paying money for the downgrade. I have no interest in ever having Metro on a desktop and if Microsoft think Hang on I detected a Rant Starting, now where did I leave those happy pills. |
