| 1292152 | 2012-08-02 00:04:00 | Yeah basically there's plenty of capacity left in the SCC, but it's more about trying to squeeze out more cost. That said AFAIK the issue is more with ISP's milking it and oversubscription rates rather than an issue with upstream international circuits. |
