If you do get that role and it's a big org. Having that I don't know IT at all. 3yrs, it could be 50 or 80k. It really depends how fast you can advance. Or if you stay at the same job for a long time ... If you get the right job at the right time and you are quick you could get a 50% payrise the next day .. .it depends. Or you might be stuck at 40k if you stagnate with your current/first job. |
