| 86879 | 2002-10-07 19:14:00 | I can’t open any sections (page Links) from my e-mail, there is a message “This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer – please contact your system administration” what does this mean I have no system administration?? Can you help me?? I have a XP computer running Explorer v6 |

| 86880 | 2002-10-07 19:36:00 | You will need to go to the registry to locate the following key: hkey_current_user / software / policies / microsoft / internet explorer / restrictions If a value called NoBrowserOptions exists, delete this value and restart the machine. To get into the registry, go Start/Run/ type "regedit" and press enter be careful in the registry, back it up first just in case. If you are not comfortable editing the registry, dont do it. This usually works, there other causes though. |
