87512	2002-10-10 05:00:00	But there are no conflicts showing under the device manager... apart from the question mark over something called a "parallel device" ... I can remember trying to install the printer drivers, but they installed themselves... I can't seem to recall EVER having this problem before... Everything seems to be working fine... apart from the whole DMA thing with my cd writer and dvd rom I guess...	Lohsing (219)
87513	2002-10-12 00:32:00	Woohooo!!!! Graham L you LEGEND!!!! :D In bios settings, it was set to "EPP + ECP" ... selected it back to normal, and now no problems! Also, the "parallel device" turned out to be my printer ... :8} ... I had placed the cd installation disk and forced it to install the driver, when XP had installed it automatically!! Oh man ... how embarrassing ... . Thanks again!! Lo.	Lohsing (219)
