87642 2002-10-10 01:40:00 I recently updated the driver on my NVidia GE2
Now every time I start up I get this message
Run DLL Error in NvQTwk missing entry NvCpIDaemon
The new driver is Version 1241-W9x I am using Win 98

87643 2002-10-10 01:56:00 NvQTwk sounds like some kind of card-tweaking device. If you have any such thing installed, uninstall it and then install it again, and see if that fixes it. If that doesn't apply to you, just try uninstalling the nVidia drivers you installed, and then install them again. Make sure any antivirus software you're running is disabled while you're doing this. 1241 is quite old. current ones are 3082.

You can either just live with the error message, or you can copy NvQtwk.dll from any other driver database. Its included with all nVIDIA Drivers, including The 12.41 Official/WHQL. Just extract the file and copy it to C:\windows\system and C:\windows\system32. Reboot. You won't see the error message again!
