Are you trying to say that everytime you connect to ADSL, IE launches? What type of ADSL connection (internal modem, router, external USB etc) |

| 87501 | 2002-10-11 20:55:00 | sorry bout the confusion godfather, ok here is my detailed problem :) I uses a nokia internal adsl modem, and everytime i press the dial button and got connected to the internet (the actural stage where you can browse etc..), Internet Explorer will open by default. (Another words, IE will open automatically soon as I have connected to the Internet.) It isint like this before because previously I upgraded my WinXP PRO from win98, BUT recently i have formatted my pc and done a clean installation. I want to disable this feature, where I can open Internet Explorer when I wants to, not by default where it will pop up soon as you have connected to the net. How can I disable this? My O/S is WinXP PRO. Thanks |
