| 88534 | 2002-10-16 03:47:00 | I am wondering, Mr A. Are you pressing the mouse button or Page Up or Page Down only once each time to want to scroll? Or are you holding the key or button down? (because there is an auto repeat of a key held down). If the screen does not change immediately you press something there is a temptation to press again (and again ... ). When the screen finally catches up, it has gone too far. So you hit the reverse direction. The same happens ... :-( Computers are not infinitely fast ... |

I went on a web site the other day and found the same thing happened.Read the first bit then tried to scroll down, only the whole thing went crazy,so couldn't read any more.It was a link from this site,so perhaps coming here has caused your pc to sulk.Sorry,it's no help, and that's the only time it's happened to me,but very frustrating when it happens.Hope someone comes up with an answer! | Neil McC (178) | ||
