| 88324 | 2002-10-11 08:26:00 | HP LaserJet 4 returns "18 Aux IO Nt Rdy" message when JetDirect card installed. As this error occurs on more than one printer with different print server cards, it must presumeably indicate a configuration problem rather than a hardware fault. Any suggestions as to how this error message can be resolved? |

| 88325 | 2002-10-11 09:02:00 | Tried the HP FAQS (h20000.www2.hp.com)? Specifically:18 Aux I/O Nt Rdy HP LaserJet 4, 4M Printers The modular I/O (MIO) card is not ready. Refer to the MIO card's documentation. The printer will continue to display this message until the problem with the card is corrected or the card is removed. Always turn off and unplug the printer when removing I/0 cards. Pressing Continue will not clear the display. |
