88724	2002-10-13 03:44:00	The computer keeps freezing, I run ME os , this message keeps coming up. I have gone back in Restore function but it still comes up with this. how can i get another VSNETUTILS.DLL file and put it on , PLEEEAse. Thanks ariel	ariel (2060)

88726	2002-10-13 04:46:00	Hi godfather, thankyou for your quick efficient response. Much appreciated , I wonder if you can solve another for me please? I have been going into www.johnbriere.com, and there is an option to go to publications , which I do, then to the option Download the latest version of the self trauma model, which then takes me to an option to download a chapter in Pdf. however my computer wont load it down. It did yesterday when I tried but now wont. I took acrobat off and reinstalled it, nothing still happened, so I put the computer restore function on, to the 8th of october , and it still wont download the page. Any ideas please? 88727	2002-10-13 05:58:00	Well, it works (I just downloaded it) Are you using a "download manager" application, such as DAP? Some of these keep a list of files downloaded and dont download it again as they think they already have it. If you need it, let me know an email address. Dont post it in normal form, as spam robots will collect it. Replace the "@" with "at" is one way. A disposable webmail address is also OK	godfather (25)
