89007	2002-10-14 00:57:00	I keep having difficulty in viewing mpg and mpeg files that I have downloaded from newsgroups. I use Sbnewsbot as my nntp client. When I try to open file I get the "Open With" dialogue box. When I click on the media player it won't play the file. Instead I get "can not play back file unsupported format" Could someone offer any advice?	jrust (2064)
89008	2002-10-14 01:29:00	Have you downloaded the whole video file, or just a portion of it? A lot of (most) people split their attachments into a number of pieces when the attachment is quite large, so this usually happens to video files. You'll need to select all the posts that contain portions of that video clip, and find somewhere in your client the option to "Combine attachment" or something similar. Once the full file has been combined you should be able to view it (hopefully). HTH Mike.	Mike (15)
