| 88964 | 2002-10-13 23:32:00 | Hi Some games i have, namly Black and White, The Sim's House Party and Operation FlashPoint don't work on my computer, they bring up the splash screen but don't load after that. Operation Flashpoint does load but sometimes crashes after saving or when loading certain levels. I have the most updated drivers and patches but nothing going still! The games are totally legit so there are no problems there, my rig is: Athlon 2000+, Asus A7V333, Leadtek GF4 MX 440, 512MB DDR, Windows XP Home Would XP service pack one help a bit? i'm prepared to try everything cos these are my favourite games! even if it is a huge download! Thanks a heap - David |

| 88965 | 2002-10-13 23:47:00 | DangerousDave , Two things you can try... Install and run the game(s) under the Administrator account not a Limited account. OR Use the Program Compatibility Wizard ( START | All Programs | Accessories | Program Compatibility Wizard ) to set a compatibility mode for the game e.g. Windows 98/ME. Cheers, Babe. |
