| 89091 | 2002-10-14 07:30:00 | I am having trouble with a particular website. I am able to connect to this website OK, but once I try to scroll down my screen freezes and my mouse stops working. I have tried about 7 or 8 times and always get the same result. My daughter has been able to connect to this site successfully from another computer. I am able to connect to any other sites without any problems of this nature. Hope someone can help. Cheers Bruce |

| 89094 | 2002-10-14 07:53:00 | It opens OK in IE 5.5 so had a look at it with a code validator. There are some minor errors in the code and also a bit of Javascript. If you have javascript turned off in your browser it may be causing the problem. Other than that it could be the site authors need to take a look at tidying up their code. See if you can find another machine running IE 6. If the same error occurs write to their webmaster, tell them your problem and suggest they validate their code. |
