| 89749 | 2002-10-16 02:51:00 | Of late when we try to print an email message we have recieved all that comes out of the printer are the "From; To; Sent and Subject" lines. Similarly any attempt to print a web page results in the printer producing a blank page. We are running Win 98, IE 5.5 and Outlook 5. We have been able to print email and web pages satisfactorily in the past. The only recent change we have made to our system has been to install Nortons 2002. Any advice would be much appreciated. |
