They used to be similar, but now they're worlds apart... Easiest way to spot a geek - Four of the Five richest men in the world are computer geeks :) Hmmm... I wonder... what does that make Robo? :D Mike. |

They removed the traffic lights to replace them with roundabouts. Doesn't sound too bad an idea, until you remember that Tauranga is the biggest retirement village in the country, and that old people don't know how to drive around them (I have seen sooo many near misses with old people turning right on a roundabout :() - too many holdups by the old people sitting and waiting for the whole road to be clear... grrr! Mike. PS My apologies to any "older folk" who do know how to use a roundabout! |

| 89572 | 2002-10-16 10:16:00 | In Blenheim there is a railway line through one of the roundabouts. In general the roundabouts are in poorly designed areas. A roundabout is fine when you've got four equally busy roads going into it. Because everyone will get a turn. But the ones in Blenheim aren't like that. There is one road which you could sit forever waiting in. |

U could always get one of those F&P dishwasher with 2 separate draws top & bottom ... so use the bottom as storage and place dirty dish on top and when the top is full, wash it and use start to use the bottom draw and the top wilbecome storage and vice versa ... don't need to unload them at all :D |
